This item is one  oil filled capacitor rated at .2 microfarads 15K volts DC test voltage.  This part is is used to resonate the filter choke in the HV power supply.  A similar capacitor was used in many different Henry amplifiers.   The capacitor does NOT use PCBs, and is recently manufactured.  This is  new inventory at Henry Radio.
